Elaine is the owner of the Brow & Beauty Clinic Chester and is a qualified & insured BABTAC NVQ level 3 Beauty Therapist and fully licenced Advanced Level 4 Semi Permanent Makeup Artist.
With her eye for detail she is a specialist in Microblading, Nano machine hairstoke brows, Combination Brows, Ombre/Powder brows, Lip Blush & colour correction.
With over 20 years experience in the beauty industry, you can be assured of the very best service.
Treatments include: HD BrowSculpt Brow lamination, Hybrid & Henna Brows, Nouveau LVL Lash lifts, as well as Image Skincare Enzyme Peels and Oxygen facials.
